More digital sovereignty: AnyViz is moving

Azure To OTC

We would like to inform you about an important development concerning our AnyViz platform: On December 14, 2025, we will be moving our infrastructure from Microsoft Azure to the Open Telekom Cloud (OTC). For you as a user, this will mean no change – except that you will benefit from even greater digital sovereignty and data protection in the future.

Why we are moving

The conditions in the cloud environment have changed significantly in recent years. European companies are increasingly faced with the challenge of operating their data in a legally secure environment and reducing their dependence on non-European hyperscalers. To meet these requirements, we made a conscious decision to choose the Open Telekom Cloud.

What we achieve with this

✔ Digital sovereignty

With OTC, we will be relying entirely on a European cloud infrastructure in the future. AnyViz will thus be consistently “Made and Hosted in Europe”. This not only protects sensitive data, but also ensures long-term technological independence.

✔ Highest data protection standards

The Open Telekom Cloud complies with strict European data protection guidelines. Your data is subject exclusively to European law – without exception.

✔ Clear legal certainty

The US Cloud Act obliges US companies to grant US authorities access to stored data – even if it is located outside the US.

✔ Sustainability and green IT

The Open Telekom Cloud relies 100% on electricity from renewable energy sources. Together, we are making an important contribution to a more sustainable IT landscape.

✔ Stable prices

This change will enable us to offset the increased operating costs and keep our prices stable in the future.

What does this mean for you?

The migration will take place on December 14, 2025. We anticipate an interruption of approximately 10 minutes during the migration. We will inform you separately in advance about the exact timeframe. For you as a user, everything will remain as you are used to.
